Are all Flowerdale Valley products Australian-made?

Yes! Every Flowerdale Valley skincare product is made by me, Mel, in Seymour, Victoria, Australia. I'm an independent skincare formulator and manufacturer. 

How quickly will my order be shipped? Orders are posted on the same business day or the next business day.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes. If for any reason youre unhappy with your order, simply get in touch for a refund or replacement. No questions asked.

What's the difference between your skincare and the skincare i can buy at the chemist or supermarket? 

I Think of it like pizza. You can buy a frozen pizza from the supermarket, or you can make one from scratch, kneading the dough, making the sauce and carefully choosing every topping. Both are pizza, but there's a big difference.  

At Flowerdale Valley, I make my skincare from scratch in small batches, right here in Seymour, Victoria. Every ingredient is carefully chosen for what it brings to your skin, not just because it looks good on a label. I'm not creating products designed to spend years travelling around the world and sitting on supermarket shelves.
