Bee-lieve it or not....here's a few facts about the history of beeswax in moisturizers 
Back in the day, Cleopatra herself was all about beeswax. Egyptians mixed beeswax with oil, honey, and plant extracts to whip up some seriously fabulous moisturizers. 
And the ancient Greeks couldnt resist beeswax either. They used it as a key ingredient in ointments and creams to give their skin that extra protection and moisture. 🌼 In the time of Hippocrates, Beeswax was recognized for its emollient properties, providing a protective barrier on the skin and helping to retain moisture, useful for treating dry or irritated skin conditions
Fast forward to the Middle Ages, and European folks were still loving their beeswax.
apothecaries and herbalists recognised Its ability to soften and soothe the skin was second to none Beeswax was their secret weapon, and it worked like a charm. 
Beeswax is still a favourite in the skincare world today. It's a natural wonder that's gentle on sensitive skin, great for dry or mature and locks in that moisture.
